Capital loss
Prediction markets are high risk. You can lose all of the USDC you deposit. Only trade with an amount you can afford to lose.
Liquidity risk
Markets can be thin on liquidity. You may not be able to close your position at the price you want; even small trades can move prices significantly.
Resolution risk
USDC you deposit into a market is locked during resolution. Incorrect resolutions, disputes or delays may occur. The dispute process can change the outcome.
Smart contract and network risk
Smart contracts may contain bugs. Losing your wallet key means losing access to your funds. Network congestion on Base may increase transaction fees.
